Culturibly Returns & Refunds Policy

At Culturibly, every book is carefully created and personalized to feature your child’s name and cultural journey. Because of the customized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we do stand behind the quality of our books and will work with you if there are issues.


1. No Returns on Personalized Products

All products sold by Culturibly are personalized and made-to-order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind, spelling errors provided by the customer, or dissatisfaction with personalization details that were confirmed during checkout.


2. Exceptions for Defects or Errors

We may provide a replacement or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.
  • The error was caused by Culturibly (e.g., incorrect personalization despite correct details provided at checkout).

What to do:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Email us at admin@culturibly.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect or error.
  • Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no cost or issue a refund.

3. Incorrect Addresses at Checkout

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Culturibly cannot recover or redirect the package once it has shipped.
  • We will gladly reprint and reship the order to the correct address. However, the customer may be required to cover the reprint and reshipping costs since the original item cannot be retrieved.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

Once a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Culturibly is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience a delivery issue, please:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • Contact us at admin@culturibly.com and we will do our best to assist, but replacements may require a reprint fee.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Culturibly may result in denial of future orders. We encourage all customers to reach out to us at admin@culturibly.com so we can resolve any issues directly.


7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
